The invention provides a pipe wall surface sleeve type cooling circulation heat dissipation method. The method comprises the steps that a liquid cooling water jacket wraps the overall outer side face of a vacuum pipe; connecting one end of the water storage station with a water inlet of the liquid cooling water jacket through a first power unit, and connecting the other end of the water storage station with a water outlet; the wall surface temperature of the vacuum pipeline is monitored in real time, and when the wall surface temperature of the vacuum pipeline exceeds a set temperature threshold value range, low-temperature liquid water in the water storage station is conveyed to the liquid cooling water jacket so as to cool the wall surface of the vacuum pipeline, and high-temperature liquid water absorbing heat is conveyed to the water storage station; the high-temperature liquid water absorbing heat in the water storage station is sent to a cooling assembly to be cooled, and the cooled low-temperature liquid water is sent back to the water storage station again; and the process is repeated until the wall surface temperature of the vacuum pipeline is within the set temperature threshold range of the pipeline wall surface. By means of the technical scheme, the technical problems that in the prior art, the wall face of a vacuum pipeline is cooled unevenly, the electric energy input is large, and cooling liquid needs to be recycled are solved.
本发明提供了一种管道壁面套管式冷却循环散热方法,该方法包括:将液冷水套包覆在真空管道的整体外侧面;将储水站的一端通过第一动力单元与液冷水套的进水口连接,将另一端与出水口连接;实时监测真空管道的壁面温度,当真空管道的壁面温度超过设定温度阈值范围时,将储水站中的低温液态水送至液冷水套以对真空管道的壁面进行冷却并将吸热后的高温液态水送至储水站,将储水站内的吸热后的高温液态水送至冷却组件冷却并将冷却后的低温液态水重新送回至储水站;重复上述过程,直至真空管道的壁面温度处于管道壁面设定温度阈值范围。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中真空管道壁面冷却不均匀、电能投入大且需要回收冷却液的技术问题。
