The invention provides a soaking type liquid cooling loop circulation heat dissipation method, which comprises the following steps of: placing a coil in a coil cooling cavity of a coil cooling assembly, and injecting a first cooling medium into the coil cooling cavity so as to enable the coil to be soaked in the first cooling medium; the coil cooling assembly is connected with the heat exchanger through the first power unit, and the coil cooling assembly and the cooling device are connected with the heat exchanger; the working temperature of the coil is monitored in real time, when the working temperature exceeds a set temperature threshold range, the first cooling medium absorbing heat is sent to the heat exchanger, the cooled first cooling medium is sent back to the coil cooling assembly, the heat exchanger transfers heat carried by the first cooling medium to the second cooling medium, and the cooling device cools the second cooling medium; and the process is repeated until the temperature is within a set temperature threshold range. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the technical problems of complex process, high cost and low heat dissipation efficiency of heat dissipation of the coil in the prior art are solved.
