The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation, and particularly relates to an ultrasonic motor valve and a temperature adjusting system. The system comprises a controller, an intelligent balancing valve, a temperature sensor, a flow sensor, a temperature selection panel and a one-way valve. The intelligent balancing valve is composed of an ultrasonic motor, a valve assembly and a micro control unit. When the controller is normal, the controller can control the temperature adjusting system to work normally according to the target temperature. When the controller breaks down, the micro control unit of the intelligent balancing valve conducts self-regulation and control, and it is guaranteed that the temperature of an outlet of the temperature adjusting system is within a proper range. The method has the advantages that when the controller of the cabin temperature adjusting system breaks down, the cabin temperature adjusting system can still work continuously, and the reliability and the safety margin of the system are improved. In addition, the ultrasonic motor is used as a power source, a speed reduction assembly can be omitted, and compensation loss of the system is reduced.

    本申请属于航空技术领域,特别涉及一种超声电机活门及温度调节系统;系统包括:控制器、智能化配平活门、温度传感器、流量传感器、温度选择面板、单向活门。其中智能化配平活门由超声电机、活门组件、微型控制单元组成。当控制器正常时,可由控制器根据目标温度,控制温度调节系统的正常工作。当控制器发生故障时,智能化配平活门的微型控制单元将进行自我调控,保证温度调节系统出口的温度在合适的范围内。本发明的优点是当座舱温度调节系统的控制器发生故障时,座舱温度调节系统仍可继续工作,提高系统的可靠性与安全裕度。另外采用超声电机作为动力源,可以省去减速组件,进而降低系统的代偿损失。
