The invention provides an external discharge control system and method for a hydrogen energy vehicle. The system comprises a vehicle control unit (VCU), a discharge module, a power distribution unit (PDU), an on-board charger (OBC) and a discharge interface, the discharge module comprises a fuel cell discharge module, a super capacitor discharge module and a power battery discharge module; the discharging module, the power distribution unit PDU and the vehicle-mounted charger OBC are all in communication connection with the vehicle control unit VCU. The discharging module is electrically connected with the power distribution unit PDU through a plurality of relays; the power distribution unit PDU is electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted charger OBC through a plurality of relays. And the OBC is electrically connected with the discharge gun through the discharge interface. The main process of the method comprises the following steps: when the energy of the power battery and the super capacitor meets the discharge requirement, the existing energy is preferentially used for external discharge, and when the stored energy of the power battery and the super capacitor is insufficient, the hydrogen fuel stack system is restarted for power supply, so that the energy use is optimized, frequent stack starting is avoided, and the life of the stack is protected.

    本发明提供一种氢能源车辆对外放电控制系统及方法,该系统包括:整车控制器VCU、放电模块、电源配电单元PDU、车载充电机OBC和放电接口;放电模块包括:燃料电池放电模块、超级电容放电模块和动力电池放电模块;放电模块、电源配电单元PDU、车载充电机OBC均与整车控制器VCU通信连接;放电模块通过多个继电器与电源配电单元PDU电性连接;电源配电单元PDU通过多个继电器与车载充电机OBC电性连接;车载充电机OBC通过放电接口与放电枪电性连接。该方法的主要流程包括:当动力电池和超级电容能量达到放电要求时,优先使用已有能量对外放电,在动力电池和超级电容存储能量不足时再启动氢燃料电堆系统供电,优化了能量使用,避免频繁起堆,保护电堆寿命。
