The invention relates to the technical field of ships, and discloses a drainage flow guide device of a desulfurization system and a ship. The drainage flow guide device of the desulfurization system comprises a first flow guide pipe, a reducer pipe and a second flow guide pipe, wherein one end of the first flow guide pipe is connected with a drainage port of the desulfurization system; the reducer pipe comprises a small flow guide end and a large flow guide end, the diameter of the small flow guide end is smaller than that of the large flow guide end, the small flow guide end is communicated with the first flow guide pipe, a plurality of flow dividing cotyledons are arranged in the reducer pipe in the circumferential direction of the reducer pipe, included angles are formed between the flow dividing cotyledons and the axial direction of the reducer pipe, and the ends, close to the first flow guide pipe, of the flow dividing cotyledons are connected. Liquid flowing from the first flow guide pipe to the reducer pipe is shunted; the second flow guide pipe is connected with the large flow guide end and penetrates through an outer plate of the ship. The mode of straight pipe drainage in the prior art is changed, corrosion of washing water of the desulfurization system to the ship hull plate is reduced through flow division, and the service life of paint of the ship hull plate is prolonged.

    本发明涉及船舶技术领域,公开一种除硫系统排水导流装置及船舶。其中除硫系统排水导流装置包括第一导流管、变径管和第二导流管,第一导流管一端与除硫系统的排水口连接;变径管包括导流小端和导流大端,导流小端的直径小于导流大端的直径,导流小端与第一导流管连通,变径管内沿其周向设置有多个分流子叶,分流子叶与变径管的轴向呈夹角设置,且多个分流子叶靠近第一导流管的一端相互连接,以使由第一导流管流向变径管的液体被分流;第二导流管与导流大端连接,第二导流管穿设于船舶的外板。本发明改变现有技术中直管排水的形式,通过分流降低除硫系统的洗涤水对船体外板的腐蚀,延长船体外板油漆的使用寿命。
