The invention discloses a flow guide device of a ship desulfurization system. The flow guide device comprises a discharge pipe, a first flow guide device and a second flow guide device. The first fluid director is annular, is arranged in the discharge pipe and is positioned between the water inlet and the water outlet of the discharge pipe; the second fluid director is arranged in the discharge pipe and fixedly connected to the first fluid director, and the second fluid director is provided with a plurality of spoke parts and a plurality of diffusion openings. The diffusion ends of the spoke parts are fixedly connected to the first fluid director, and the convergence ends of the spoke parts are connected in an intersection manner; the diffusion openings are evenly distributed between the spoke parts. After passing through the first fluid director and the second fluid director, wastewater is divided into a plurality of water flows to be discharged into the sea, and the wastewater can be quickly diffused and diluted in seawater by utilizing a point source turbulence jet principle, so that the pH value near a water outlet is increased by improving the neutralization reaction efficiency.
