An anchoring pit corresponding to the anchoring device is arranged beside the track, and an infrared limiting device is arranged beside the anchoring pit. When wind power is too large, after the infrared limiting switch and the infrared limiting device are aligned, the anchoring nest is accurately anchored through the anchoring device, and the anchoring nest is clamped on a rail through the rail clamping device, so that the outdoor hoisting facility and the anchoring nest are automatically aligned, the problems of inaccurate anchoring and low efficiency of the outdoor hoisting facility when the wind power is too large are avoided, and economic losses are avoided; and the equipment operation and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明属于户外起重设施安全运行领域,具体公开一种户外起重设施防风保护系统及其控制方法,包括:户外起重设施;户外起重设施操作室顶部设有风速仪,底部的两侧分别设有两个行走机构和夹轨器,夹轨器设在行走机构上;地面上设置两条轨道,行走机构设在轨道上;户外起重设施底部一侧的两个行走机构上均设有锚定装置和红外限位开关;轨道旁设有与锚定装置对应的锚定窝,锚定窝旁设有一个红外限位装置。本发明在风力过大时,红外限位开关和红外限位装置对准后通过锚定装置准确对锚定窝锚定,并通过夹轨器夹紧在轨道上,使得户外起重设施与锚定窝自动对位,避免风力过大时户外起重设施锚定不准,效率低下的问题,避免经济损失,降低设备运维成本。
