The invention discloses a component hoisting windproof device and a component windproof hoisting method.The component hoisting windproof device comprises a controller and adjusting mechanisms symmetrically arranged at the two ends of a component in the width direction, each adjusting mechanism comprises a U-shaped plate at least composed of a front plate, a rear plate and side plates, and the length of the front plate is smaller than that of the rear plate; the side plates are arranged on the front plate and/or the rear plate, the first-direction fan blades are arranged on the side plates, the second-direction fan blades are arranged on the front plate and/or the rear plate, the first-direction fan blades and the second-direction fan blades are correspondingly connected with a first-direction fan motor and a second-direction fan motor, the bolts are arranged on the rear plate, and at least one adjusting mechanism is provided with a direction sensor and an angular displacement sensor. The controller is connected with the first direction fan motor, the second direction fan motor, the direction sensor and the angular displacement sensor. The device can be automatically adjusted to be in a balanced state when the component deviates under the action of wind load, external force or inertia force in the hoisting process, and the hoisting safety and hoisting efficiency of the component are improved.
本发明公开一种构件吊装防风装置及构件防风吊装方法,该装置包括控制器和对称设置在构件宽度方向两端的调整机构,每个所述调整机构包括至少由前板、后板和侧板组成的U型板,所述前板的长度小于后板的长度,设置在所述侧板上的第一向风扇叶片,设置在所述前板和/或后板上的第二向风扇叶片,所述第一、二向风扇叶片对应连接有第一、二向风扇电机,设置在所述后板上的多根螺栓,至少一个所述调整机构上设置有方向传感器和角位移传感器;所述控制器与第一向风扇电机、第二向风扇电机、方向传感器和角位移传感器连接。本发明能够在构件吊装过程中受风力荷载、外力或者惯性力作用下发生偏移时自动调整为平衡状态,提高构件吊装的安全性和吊装效率。
