The invention relates to a rigidity-variable tumbler rubber node based on a hard magnetic magnetorheological elastomer, and belongs to the technical field of rubber nodes for trains. Comprising a node mandrel, a pair of electromagnetic coils, a steel ring, a magnetorheological elastomer and a shell, the middle part of the node core shaft is radially arranged in the pair of coil grooves; the steel ring comprises more than two groups of circular rings, the magnetorheological elastomers are poured between the adjacent circular rings, and the steel ring is sleeved on the node mandrel in an interference manner and avoids the pair of electromagnetic coils; the steel ring is sleeved with the shell in an interference mode. When the variable-rigidity rotating arm is not electrified, an initial magnetic field is provided by internal residual magnetism of the magnetorheological elastomer, a closed magnetic circuit is formed in the variable-rigidity rotating arm rubber node, and the radial rigidity is 7.5 MN/m; current is applied to the electromagnetic coil, so that an electromagnetic field with the direction opposite to that of residual magnetism in the magnetorheological elastomer is generated in the variable-rigidity rotating arm rubber node, and the radial rigidity is 5 MN/m. Through the excitation mode of the composite magnetic field, the rigidity requirements of the train on different road sections are met, and the dynamic performance is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于硬磁磁流变弹性体的可变刚度转臂橡胶节点,属于火车用橡胶节点技术领域。包括节点芯轴、一对电磁线圈、钢环、磁流变弹性体和外壳;节点芯轴的中部径向设于一对线圈槽内;钢环包含两组以上圆环,磁流变弹性体浇注在相邻圆环之间,钢环过盈套设在节点芯轴上,且避开一对电磁线圈;外壳过盈套设在钢环上;不通电时,由磁流变弹性体的内部剩磁提供初始磁场,可变刚度转臂橡胶节点内部形成一个闭合磁路,径向刚度为7.5 MN/m;给电磁线圈施加电流,使可变刚度转臂橡胶节点内部产生与磁流变弹性体内部剩磁相反方向的电磁场,径向刚度为5 MN/m。本发明通过复合磁场的励磁方式,满足列车在不同路段的刚度需求,提升动力学性能。
