The invention discloses a rigidity-variable tumbler rubber node with a self-sensing function and a band gap characteristic. The rigidity-variable tumbler rubber node can realize controllable change and state monitoring functions of primary longitudinal positioning rigidity of a bogie. The joint comprises a hard magnetic magnetorheological elastomer, a mandrel, a shell, a steel ring, an electromagnetic coil and the like, the rigidity of the joint can be controlled by the hard magnetic magnetorheological elastomer under the action of internal residual magnetism and an electromagnetic field, and therefore the contradictory rigidity requirement of high-speed linear stability and curve trafficability of a train is met. Liquid metal is added into the elastomer, an obvious piezoresistive effect is shown, and the elastomer can be used for monitoring internal stress of a rubber node and feeding back displacement. In addition, due to the design of the multi-layer structure, the node has the band gap characteristic, vibration transmitted to a train body by wheel-rail excitation through a bogie can be restrained, and therefore the comfort of the train is further improved. The designed node can be replaced with a current rubber node, and the method has important value for improving the dynamic performance and safety of the high-speed rail train.

    本发明公开一种具有自感知功能与带隙特性的可变刚度转臂橡胶节点,可实现转向架一系纵向定位刚度的可控变化和状态监测功能。所述节点包含硬磁磁流变弹性体、芯轴、外壳、钢环、电磁线圈等部件,硬磁磁流变弹性体在内部剩磁与电磁场的作用下,可以实现节点的刚度可控,从而满足列车的高速直线稳定性与曲线通过性的矛盾性刚度需求。弹性体中加入了液态金属,呈现出明显的压阻效应,可用于橡胶节点内应力的监测和位移反馈。此外多层结构的设计使节点具有带隙特性,能够对轮轨激振通过转向架传向车体的振动进行抑制,从而进一步提升列车舒适性。本发明设计节点可与当前橡胶节点进行替换,对于提升高铁列车动力学性能和安全性具有重要价值。
