The steering wheel comprises a walking wheel; the differential mechanism comprises a differential shaft, a first differential wheel and a second differential wheel, the walking wheel is connected with the differential shaft, and the first differential wheel and the second differential wheel are connected with the two sides of the differential shaft in the radial direction and used for rotating the walking wheel when the first differential wheel and the second differential wheel are the same in rotating speed and rotating direction. The differential shaft is driven to steer so as to drive the walking wheels to steer; or when at least one of the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the first differential wheel and the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the second differential wheel are different, the differential shaft is twisted to rotate so as to drive the walking wheel to rotate. According to the steering wheel, the moving trolley and the transmission method, the walking and steering processes of the first differential wheel and the second differential wheel on the steering wheel are achieved through mutual cooperation and cooperation of the two power sources, so that the two power sources can be fully used, and high power output can be achieved for the walking wheel under the condition of low power.
