AlTiCB and Sr are adopted for composite refining and modification of the Al-Si-Mg alloy, the mechanical performance and the connection performance of the alloy are improved, the strength and the ductility of the alloy are improved while the alloy die-casting performance is guaranteed by regulating and controlling the Si/Mg ratio, the comprehensive performance of the alloy is remarkably improved by adding the microelement Er and refining a coarse metal phase and a nanometer strengthening phase of a structure at the same time, and the comprehensive performance of the alloy is improved. And the strength, toughness, connectivity and generalization performance of the product are considered.

    本发明公开一种免热处理的铝合金、其制备方法及结构件与应用,铝合金按质量百分数计,包括:Si:7.5~10.5%,Mg:0.05~0.25%,Fe:0~0.5%,Mn:0.5~2.5%,Er:0.05~0.35%,Ti:0.05~0.3%,Ti/Sr:2.5~7.5,其余为铝和其它杂质元素,其它杂质元素含量小于0.01%。通过采用AlTiCB+Sr复合细化变质Al‑Si‑Mg合金,提高合金的力学性能和连接性能,通过调控Si/Mg比,在保证合金压铸性能的同时提升合金的强度和延伸率,通过添加微量元素Er同时细化组织的粗大金属相和纳米强化相,显著提高合金综合性能,兼顾产品的强度、韧性、连接性及推广性。
