The invention discloses a variable-rigidity primary positioning node control system and method, relates to the technical field of high-speed motor train unit bogie systems, and solves the problems that in the prior art, suspension characteristic parameters are adjusted in real time according to vehicle states, and different operation conditions cannot be adapted; the control system comprises a GPS (Global Position System) module, a vehicle-mounted gyroscope module, a vehicle-mounted speed module, a vehicle body chassis vibration acceleration sensor, a bogie transverse vibration acceleration sensor, a preprocessor and a vehicle-mounted host, wherein the vehicle-mounted gyroscope module, the vehicle-mounted speed module, the vehicle body chassis vibration acceleration sensor, the bogie transverse vibration acceleration sensor, the preprocessor and the vehicle-mounted host are connected with the vehicle-mounted gyroscope module and the vehicle-mounted speed module; according to the control method, dynamic control closed-loop logic is adopted, wheel rim abrasion can be effectively reduced, wheel-rail contact stress is reduced, the problems of insufficient stability, low-frequency shaking of a vehicle body and the like of a local line vehicle are solved, the running safety, stability and curve passing performance of the vehicle are improved, then the wheel turning repair period is prolonged, and the turning repair efficiency is improved. The adaptability of the vehicle to the track is enhanced.

    可变刚度一系定位节点控制系统及控制方法,涉及高速动车组转向架系统技术领域,解决现有技术中针对车辆状态实时调节悬挂特性参数,无法适应不同运行条件,不能同时兼顾一次蛇行和二次蛇行、直线运行稳定性和曲线通过性能之间的矛盾等问题,该控制系统包括GPS模块、车载陀螺仪模块、车载速度模块、车体底架振动加速度传感器、转向架横向振动加速度传感器、前置处理器和车载主机;本发明控制方法采用动态控制的闭环逻辑,可有效降低车轮轮缘磨耗、减小轮轨接触应力、改善局部线路车辆出现的稳定性不足、车体低频晃动等问题,提高车辆运行安全性、平稳性和曲线通过性能,进而延长车轮镟修周期,增强车辆对轨道的适应性。
