The speed-increasing oil-saving speed increaser comprises a first gear ring 1a, a planetary gear 2, a first planetary gear bracket 3a, a sun gear 4, a gear ring cover 5, a tension sleeve 6 and a bolt rod 7, and is characterized in that a central circular hole of the first planetary gear bracket 3a is an internal spline which is matched and combined with an external spline on the automobile driving half shaft 34; the motor serves as an active input end of power; a first gear ring 1a, a hub 35 and a brake disc 36 are connected and fastened together through a hub bolt 9 to serve as a passive output end of power; and the sun gear 4 is fixed on a claw 37 through a bolt rod 7 and a tension band 6 to serve as a fixed end, so that the planetary gear speed increaser is formed. The semi-axle flange plate is used for replacing the function of an original semi-axle flange plate and is similar to the original semi-axle flange plate in size. The speed increasing principle of the planetary gear is utilized, the rotating speed of the half shaft is increased, and therefore the purpose of saving oil is achieved; the fuel-saving device is good in fuel-saving effect, light in weight, low in cost and safe, and the normal driving function of an original vehicle is not changed.

    本发明一种安装在汽车驱动半轴上的提速节油增速器,包括第一齿圈1a、行星齿轮2、第一行星齿轮支架3a、太阳轮4、齿圈盖5、箍圈6、插销杆7,其特征是:第一行星齿轮支架3a的中心圆孔为内花键,与汽车驱动半轴34上的外花键匹配并相互结合,作为动力的主动传入端;通过轮毂螺栓9将第一齿圈1a、轮毂35、刹车盘36连接紧固在一起,做为动力的被动输出端;太阳轮4由插销杆7以及箍圈6固定在羊角37上,做为固定端,构成行星齿轮增速器。用本发明取代原车半轴法兰盘的功能,且大小与原车半轴法兰盘类似。本发明利用行星齿轮的增速原理,提高半轴转速,从而达到节油目的;节油效果好、重量轻、成本低、安全且不改变原车驾驶正常行驶功能。
