The safe sliding device installed on the automobile driving half shaft at a high speed comprises a first gear ring, key iron, a first planetary gear support, a sun gear, a tension band and a bolt rod, and is characterized in that a central circular hole of the first planetary gear support is an internal spline which is matched and meshed with an external spline on the automobile driving half shaft and serves as a driving input end of power; the first gear ring, the hub and the brake disc are connected and fastened together through hub bolts to serve as a passive output end of power; the sun gear is fixed on an automobile cleat through a bolt rod and a tension band to serve as a fixed end, so that the planetary gear speed increaser is formed. According to the principle that the planetary gear speed increaser works due to the fact that the key iron is withdrawn due to centrifugal force at the high speed, friction loss of all transmission parts of an automobile is reduced, when the automobile is at the high speed, the gear engaging sliding distance is farther, operation is safer, and the normal driving function of original automobile driving is not changed. The semi-axle flange plate is used for replacing the function of an original semi-axle flange plate and is similar to the original semi-axle flange plate in size.
本发明一种安装在汽车驱动半轴上高速时的安全滑行装置,包括第一齿圈、键铁、第一行星齿轮支架、太阳轮、箍圈、插销杆,其特征是:第一行星齿轮支架的中心圆孔为内花键,与汽车驱动半轴上的外花键匹配并相互啮合,作为动力的主动传入端;通过轮毂螺栓将第一齿圈、轮毂、刹车盘连接紧固在一起,做为动力的被动输出端;太阳轮由插销杆以及箍圈固定在汽车羊角上,做为固定端,构成行星齿轮增速器。本发明利用高速时键铁因离心力收回使行星齿轮增速器工作的原理,通过减少汽车各传动部件摩擦损耗,在汽车高速时,挂挡滑行的距离更远,操作更加安全、不改变原车驾驶正常行驶功能。用本发明取代原车半轴法兰盘的功能,且大小与原车半轴法兰盘类似。
