The invention relates to an automatic driving system, an automatic driving control method, and a non-transitory storage medium. An automatic driving system is provided with: one or more storage devices for storing specific position information indicating a specific position where remote support may be required; and one or more processors configured to: set a first target route as a target route to a destination; determining whether an abnormality has occurred at a remote support system configured to provide remote support to the autonomous vehicle as a subject of remote support; searching, in a case where an abnormality of the remote support system is detected, an alternative route, which is a route to the destination in which the number of specific positions passed by the autonomous vehicle is less than the number of specific positions passed by the first target route, on the basis of the specific position information; if the alternative route is found, changing the target route from the first target route to the alternative route; and controlling the autonomous vehicle.

    本发明涉及自动驾驶系统、自动驾驶控制方法以及非暂时性存储介质。自动驾驶系统具备:一个或多个存储装置,储存表示可能会需要远程支持的特定位置的特定位置信息;以及一个或多个处理器,被配置为:设定第一目标路线来作为到目的地为止的路线即目标路线;判定在远程支持系统是否发生了异常,该远程支持系统被配置为对作为远程支持的对象的自动驾驶车辆提供远程支持;在检测到远程支持系统的异常的情况下,基于特定位置信息来搜索替代路线,该替代路线是自动驾驶车辆所经由的特定位置的数量比在第一目标路线中所经由的特定位置的数量少的、到目的地为止的路线;在找到了替代路线的情况下,将目标路线从第一目标路线变更为替代路线;以及控制自动驾驶车辆。
