The invention discloses an overcharging gun for an electric motorcycle, and is applied to the technical field of overcharging. The electric motorcycle overcharge gun comprises a mounting plate, a charging plug, a switch assembly, a handle and a wire protection assembly, wherein the charging plug comprises a DC + pin, a DC-pin, a PE pin, a CC1 pin, a CC2 pin, a CANH pin, a CANL pin and a plug board; the switch assembly is connected with the handle, and an external cable penetrates through an inner cavity of the handle and then is electrically connected with the ends, away from the mounting plate, of the DC + pin, the DC-pin, the PE pin, the CC1 pin, the CC2 pin, the CANH pin and the CANL pin and the switch assembly. The mounting plate is hermetically connected with the handle; the wire protection assembly is connected with the handle and used for fixing an external cable and sealing a gap between the external cable and the handle. Therefore, the problems that an existing charging interface is small in rated current carrying, not suitable for large-current over-charging of a vehicle, not provided with a communication signal line and generally used for blind charging of a charged object, too large in size, heavy and complex in structure are solved.

    本发明公开了一种电动摩托车超充枪,应用于超充技术领域。电动摩托车超充枪包括:安装板、充电插头、开关组件、手柄及护线组件;其中,充电插头包括DC+引脚、DC‑引脚、PE引脚、CC1引脚、CC2引脚、CAN_H引脚、CAN_L引脚及插头板;开关组件与手柄连接,外接电缆穿过手柄的内腔后分别与DC+引脚、DC‑引脚、PE引脚、CC1引脚、CC2引脚、CAN_H引脚、CAN_L引脚远离安装板的一端及开关组件电连接;安装板与手柄密封连接;护线组件与手柄连接,用于固定外接电缆并将外接电缆与手柄之间的间隙密封。以此解决了现有充电接口额定载流小,不适合车辆的大电流超充,无通信信号线对被充电对象一般使用盲充,及体积过大、笨重及结构复杂的问题。
