The invention relates to a high-efficiency liquid-cooled electric vehicle overcharge charging pile which comprises a rectifier cabinet and a terminal cabinet, the rectifier cabinet comprises a rectifier and a power conversion and control unit, the power conversion and control unit adopts a high-power charging pile technology, and the terminal cabinet comprises a charging interface module and a liquid cooling system. The charging interface module comprises a gun line and a liquid cooling pipe inlet and outlet connector arranged in the gun line, the liquid cooling system comprises a cooling liquid circulating pump and a liquid circulating channel, and the cooling liquid circulating pump is communicated with the liquid cooling pipe inlet and outlet connector through the liquid circulating channel. According to the high-efficiency liquid-cooling electric automobile overcharge charging pile, the temperature in the charging process is effectively controlled through the high-efficiency liquid-cooling system, the charging speed is increased, meanwhile, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the charging process is more flexible and safer.

    本发明涉及一种高效能液冷电动汽车超充充电桩,包括整流柜和终端柜,所述整流柜包括整流器,以及功率转换与控制单元,功率转换与控制单元采用大功率充电堆技术,终端柜包括充电接口模块和液冷系统,充电接口模块包括枪线以及设置在枪线中的液冷管进出接头,液冷系统包括冷却液循环泵和液体循环通道,冷却液循环泵通过液体循环通道与液冷管进出接头连通。本发明的一种高效能液冷电动汽车超充充电桩通过高效的液冷系统有效控制了充电过程中的温度,提高了充电速度,同时延长了设备的使用寿命,并使得充电过程更加灵活和安全。
