The invention provides a front longitudinal beam structure integrated with an auxiliary frame function and a front cabin assembly, the front longitudinal beam structure is symmetrically arranged along the X0 axis of a whole vehicle coordinate system, and the front longitudinal beam structure comprises a longitudinal beam and a torsion box; one end of the longitudinal beam is connected with the torsion box, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner side and the outer side in the Y direction; a front suspension upper swing arm mounting point, a front suspension lower swing arm mounting point, a front shock absorber mounting point and a power assembly mounting point are arranged on the front longitudinal beam structure; wherein the front suspension upper swing arm mounting point is arranged at the top of the outer side of the front longitudinal beam structure, the front suspension lower swing arm mounting point is arranged at the bottom of the longitudinal beam, the front shock absorber mounting point is arranged on the X negative direction adjacent portion of the front suspension upper swing arm mounting point, and the power assembly mounting point is arranged on the inner side of the longitudinal beam. By means of the front longitudinal beam structure and the front cabin assembly, the strength of the front longitudinal beam structure is improved, original auxiliary frame installation points can be integrated, the number of parts is reduced, and the weight and manufacturing cost of a whole vehicle are reduced.

    本发明提供了一种集成副车架功能的前纵梁结构及前机舱总成,前纵梁结构沿整车坐标系的X0轴对称布置,包括:纵梁与扭力盒;纵梁呈方形体,纵梁一端与扭力盒连接,Y向内侧及外侧设置有加强筋;前纵梁结构上布置有前悬架上摆臂安装点、前悬架下摆臂安装点、前减震器安装点与动力总成安装点;其中,前悬架上摆臂安装点布置于前纵梁结构的外侧顶部,前悬架下摆臂安装点布置于纵梁的底部,前减震器安装点布置在前悬架上摆臂安装点的X负向相邻部,动力总成安装点布置在纵梁的内侧。通过本发明提供的前纵梁结构及前机舱总成,使得前纵梁结构强度提高,可以集成原副车架安装点,零件的数量减少,降低了整车的重量及制造成本。
