The invention relates to the technical field of electric automobiles, in particular to an active short-circuit circuit of a motor and an electric automobile, and the active short-circuit circuit comprises a logic circuit which is used for receiving an overvoltage signal generated when the bus voltage of the electric automobile is greater than a preset threshold value and a feedback signal of a driving chip, carrying out the logic operation of the overvoltage signal and the feedback signal, and outputting the overvoltage signal and the feedback signal; a level signal is obtained; and the level conversion chip is used for driving the enabling state of enabling pins in the level conversion chip according to the level signal, and when the enabling state is enabling, a plurality of output pins of the level conversion chip respectively output preset level signals, and a three-phase lower bridge or a three-phase upper bridge of an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator) of the motor is driven to be short-circuited based on the preset level signals, so that the motor generates three-phase short circuit. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the scheme that active short-circuit action is controlled through software cannot achieve the timely protection effect under the extreme fault condition or the condition that the whole vehicle is out of control or the program is abnormal, and reliability and timeliness are insufficient are solved.

    本申请涉及电动汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种电机的主动短路电路及电动汽车,其中,包括:逻辑电路,用于接收电动汽车的母线电压大于预设阈值时产生的过压信号和驱动芯片的反馈信号,对过压信号和反馈信号进行逻辑运算,得到电平信号;电平转换芯片,根据电平信号驱动电平转换芯片中使能引脚的使能状态,并在使能状态为使能时,电平转换芯片的多个输出引脚分别输出预设电平信号,基于预设电平信号驱动电机的IGBT的三相下桥或三相上桥短路,使得电机产生三相短路。由此,解决了相关技术中主动短路动作通过软件控制的方案,无法保证在极端故障情况或整车失控或程序异常的情况下起到及时保护的作用,可靠性和适时性不足等问题。
