The invention provides a lightweight engine compartment cover and a preparation method thereof.The lightweight engine compartment cover comprises a cover inner plate and a cover outer plate, and during preparation, the cover inner plate and the cover outer plate which are integrally formed are prepared through injection molding; the cover cap inner plate and the cover cap outer plate are riveted and positioned through the plastic hinge pressing pieces and the clamping blocks; the cover cap inner plate and the cover cap outer plate are welded into a cover cap assembly through needling welding; paint spraying is conducted on the outer side face of the cover cap assembly; the adjustable nut is mounted on the mounting bracket on the inner plate of the cover cap; and the mounting bracket is mounted on a front end frame of the engine through bolts. The two main body pieces of the cover inner plate and the cover outer plate are formed through injection molding of plastic materials and welded to form the cover assembly, paint spraying is conducted on the outer plate of the cover assembly, and the use function requirements of attractive appearance, detachability, safety, reliability, durable use and the like are met; the performance of the hood assembly is consistent with the national laws and regulations of the traditional metal hood.
本发明提供一种轻量化发动机舱罩盖及其制备方法,包括罩盖内板和罩盖外板,制备时,通过注塑分别制备一体成型的罩盖内板和罩盖外板;利用塑料铰链压片以及卡块对罩盖内板和罩盖外板进行铆接定位;采用针刺焊接将罩盖内板和罩盖外板焊接为罩盖总成;对罩盖总成的外侧面进行喷漆;将可调节螺母安装在罩盖内板上的安装支架上;将安装支架利用螺栓安装在发动机前端框架上。本发明采用塑料材料注塑成型罩盖内板和罩盖外板两个主体件,进行焊接形成罩盖总成,对罩盖总成的外板进行喷漆,满足使用功能需求:外观美观、可拆卸、安全可靠、耐久使用等功能,罩盖总成的性能达到与传统金属发罩的国家法律法规要求一致。
