The invention relates to the technical field of parking braking, and discloses a train and a parking braking system which comprises a parking braking control circuit and a parking braking module. The parking brake control circuit comprises a first relay, a second relay, a first switch and a second switch, the first relay and the second relay are connected with parking brake modules in all carriages respectively, and the first switch and the second switch are closed when a train meets parking brake control conditions. Therefore, the first relay and the second relay are electrified to apply parking braking or relieve parking braking. Therefore, when the parking braking condition is met, the first relay and the second relay are powered on to apply or relieve the parking braking of the train without being controlled by the main control relay, and the parking braking can be applied or relieved on any side of the cab. In addition, the parking brake control system is not controlled by a zero-speed relay, parking brake can be applied even if the bullet train runs, the parking brake application range is expanded, and the running safety of the bullet train is improved.
