本发明公开了一种用于搬运吨袋的机械爪,涉及吨袋机械爪技术领域,包括机械爪本体以及两组机械臂,两组所述机械臂末端皆固定有连接架,所述连接架底部中间位置处活动连接有中间吊钩,两组所述支撑架内侧皆滑动连接有拓展吊钩。本发明中间吊钩下降过程中通过带动两组拓展连杆对其两侧的拓展吊钩横向推出,进而增加两组拓展吊钩之间的距离,进而避免了现有技术中吊环受力较为集中的问题,避免吊环发生损坏的问题,在液压油的作用下,齿轮通过传动轴带动翻转压合板对拓展吊钩内部的吊环进行进一步压紧固定,以上可知,本发明整体不仅可以使吊钩在吊装吨袋时,受力点分散,避免吨袋吊环发生损坏的同时,还可以对吊环进行进一步夹持固定。
