By arranging the movable plate, the limiting box, the first fixing rod and other mechanisms, when the first fixing rod is fractured due to long-time friction with a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope impacts the bottom of the limiting box under the gravity effect of a heavy object, the limiting box vibrates violently, the sliding plates are bounced off instantly under the effect of the driving mechanism, and the two sliding plates get close to each other; and under the action of pressure, the teeth on the two sliding plates clench the steel wire rope, so that the steel wire rope is fixed, and the side wall of the limiting box is prevented from being greatly rubbed by violent shaking of the steel wire rope.

    本发明涉及起吊技术领域,具体为一种起重臂及起重机,包括固定安装在底座上的机架、活动安装在机架上的起重臂本体、活动安装在起重臂本体上的钢丝绳、固定连接在钢丝绳底端的吊钩,所述起重臂本体的底端滑动安装有两个对称设置的活动板,两个所述活动板之间固定安装有限位箱。本发明通过设置活动板、限位箱、第一固定杆等机构,第一固定杆由于和钢丝绳长时间摩擦发生断裂时,钢丝绳在重物的重力作用下撞击限位箱的底部,限位箱产生剧烈震动,滑板在驱动机构的作用下瞬间被弹开,两个滑板相互靠近,在压力的作用下两个滑板上的齿牙咬紧钢丝绳,实现对钢丝绳的固定,防止钢丝绳的剧烈摇晃而大幅度摩擦限位箱的侧壁。
