The invention discloses a car washing robot and an anti-collision device and an anti-collision method thereof, the car washing robot comprises the anti-collision device, the anti-collision device is installed on a side door of the car washing robot, the anti-collision device comprises a sealing strip, the sealing strip is arranged at the front side edge of the side door and extends from the top end to the bottom end of the front side edge in the height direction of the side door, and the sealing strip is used for sealing the side door. The sealing strip comprises an anti-collision part and a connecting part which are connected with each other, a cavity is formed in the anti-collision part, and the cavity is filled with gas; the monitoring mechanism is connected with a control device of the car washing robot and the sealing strip, and one end of the monitoring mechanism communicates with the cavity of the anti-collision part and monitors the gas pressure change in the cavity; and the other end of the monitoring mechanism is connected with the control device and transmits gas pressure change information in the cavity to the control device. The invention further discloses an anti-collision method of the car washing robot. Damage caused by scratching or collision in the car washing process can be avoided.
