The invention discloses a railway vehicle bogie air spring height real-time control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: converting the height change of an air spring into the angle change of an angle sensor, and obtaining the current height value of the air spring through obtaining the angle value of the angle sensor; acquiring corresponding time, kilometer post, bogie dip angle and vehicle body acceleration information based on the current height value of the air spring; based on corresponding time, kilometer post, vehicle running speed, acceleration and running direction, a bogie dip angle and bogie sprung mass information, considering vehicle running stability, and utilizing the trained air spring height neural network model to obtain a corresponding air spring height target value under the current kilometer post; and adjusting the height of the air spring in real time according to the air spring height target value and the current height value of the air spring. Real-time detection of the height of the air spring in the vehicle running process is achieved, and the original structures and functions of the bogie and the air spring are not affected.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆转向架空气弹簧高度实时控制方法及系统,包括:将空气弹簧的高度变化转化为转角传感器的角度变化,通过获取转角传感器的角度值得到空气弹簧当前高度值;基于空气弹簧当前高度值获取对应的时间、公里标、转向架倾角以及车体加速度信息;基于对应的时间、公里标、车辆运行速度、加速度和运行方向、转向架倾角以及转向架簧上质量信息,考虑车辆运行平稳性,利用训练好的空气弹簧高度神经网络模型,得到当前公里标下对应的空气弹簧高度目标值;结合空气弹簧高度目标值和空气弹簧当前高度值,对空气弹簧高度进行实时调整。本发明实现了车辆运行过程中对空气弹簧高度的实时检测,不影响转向架及空气弹簧原本结构与功能。
