The invention discloses a rail vehicle bogie air spring height real-time control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the height variation of an air spring through obtaining an angle value of an angle sensor, and obtaining the current height value of the air spring; acquiring kilometer post information, running speed information, accelerated speed information, vehicle advancing direction information, bogie dip angle information and bogie sprung mass information corresponding to the current position of the air spring; inputting the acquired information into a trained air spring target height model to obtain an air spring target height value corresponding to the current position; and the height of the air spring is adjusted in real time by combining the target height value of the air spring corresponding to the current position and the current height value of the air spring and considering the vehicle running stability index. Real-time detection of the height of the air spring in the vehicle running process is achieved, and the original structures and functions of the bogie and the air spring are not affected.
本发明公开了一种轨道车辆转向架空气弹簧高度实时控制方法及系统,包括:通过获取转角传感器的角度值得到空气弹簧的高度变化量,得到空气弹簧的当前高度值;获取空气弹簧当前位置对应的公里标、运行速度、加速度、车辆行进方向、转向架倾角和转向架簧上质量信息;将获取的信息输入至训练好的空气弹簧目标高度模型,得到当前位置对应的空气弹簧目标高度值;结合当前位置对应的空气弹簧目标高度值和空气弹簧的当前高度值,考虑车辆运行平稳性指标,对空气弹簧的高度进行实时调整。本发明实现了车辆运行过程中对空气弹簧高度的实时检测,不影响转向架及空气弹簧原本结构与功能。
