The invention discloses a method for judging the influence of accident occurrence on bicycle use elasticity, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring accident sample information, dividing time units according to accident occurrence time, dividing a reasonable buffer area according to an accident occurrence place, and acquiring bicycle station information in the buffer area; counting the bicycle usage amount of each bicycle station in each time unit, and further counting the bicycle usage amount of the buffer area; according to the influence factors of the buffer area, a bicycle usage amount elastic model is constructed in combination with the bicycle usage amount of the buffer area; and judging the influence of the variable quantity on the use of the bicycle according to the influence coefficient by applying a bicycle use amount elastic model. And analyzing the influence of the accident on the bicycle use elasticity based on each influence factor by calculating the bicycle use amount change in the buffer area per unit time. The method can better guide a traffic management department to efficiently dispatch bicycles when a traffic accident occurs.

    本发明公开了一种判断事故发生对自行车使用弹性影响的方法,通过采集事故样本信息,并根据事故发生的时间划分时间单元,根据事故发生地点划分合理的缓冲区域,采集缓冲区内自行车站点信息,统计各时间单元内各自行车站点的自行车使用量,并进一步统计缓冲区的自行车使用量;根据缓冲区影响因素,结合缓冲区的自行车使用量,构建自行车使用量弹性模型;应用自行车使用量弹性模型,根据影响系数判断个变化量对自行车使用的影响。通过计算单位时间缓冲区内的自行车使用量变化分析事故发生基于各影响因素对自行车使用弹性的影响。该方法可以更好的指导交通管理部门在交通事故发生时如何有效率进行自行车调度。
