The invention discloses a lift belt breakage anti-falling structure which comprises a frame body, a lifting seat and a lifting belt for lifting the lifting seat and further comprises a connecting assembly fixedly connected with the lifting belt, a safety pin arranged on the lifting seat and capable of moving along the axis of the safety pin and a pin hole formed in the frame body. The lifting seat is elastically connected with the connecting assembly through an elastic piece I, a pull rod hinged with the connecting assembly and the safety pin is arranged between the connecting assembly and the safety pin, and an elastic piece II capable of enabling the safety pin to pop out to be inserted into the pin hole is arranged between the safety pin and the lifting seat. By means of the structure, after the lifting belt is broken, the safety pin can be pushed through cooperation of the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece to be inserted into the pin hole, so that the lifting base is clamped on the frame body, the safety and anti-falling functions are achieved, the structure is simple, mechanical structure design is adopted, a sensor is not needed, and therefore reliability is greatly improved, and cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种升降机断带防坠结构,包括框体、升降座及提升升降座的提升带,还包括与提升带固定连接的连接组件、设置于升降座上且能沿自身轴线移动的保险销、设置于框体上的销孔,所述升降座与连接组件之间通过弹性件一弹性连接,且连接组件与保险销之间设有与上述两者铰接的拉杆,且保险销与升降座间设有能够使保险销弹出而插入销孔的弹性件二。本申请通过上述结构,在提升带断裂后能够通过弹性件一及弹性件二配合推动保险销而插入销孔中,从而将升降座卡在框体上,起到保险防坠的功能,上述结构简单,而且都是机械结构设计,无须传感器,因而可靠性大大增加,成本也低。
