The invention relates to the related technical field of traction elevator structures, and discloses a steel belt transmission anti-falling traction elevator structure which comprises a traction assembly arranged in an elevator shaft and used for driving a lift car body, and the traction assembly comprises a traction machine, a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley, a third fixed pulley, electronic safety tongs and a grating ruler. According to the elevator, the traction type elevator car, the portal frame type elevator car, the suspension point centering structure and the steel belt transmission structure are arranged, and a rope head is suspended from the center point of the upper side of the elevator car body, penetrates through the steel belt, passes through the traction machine, penetrates through the first fixed pulley and then downwards penetrates through the second fixed pulley and the third fixed pulley of the bottom pit to be fixed in the middle of the car bottom of the elevator car body; according to the principle, a steel belt is driven by friction force, so that an elevator reciprocates in two rows of vertical guide rails to achieve the purposes that a lift car body is lifted stably, meanwhile, a traction structure of the elevator occupies a smaller area, and meanwhile, a grating ruler and an electronic safety gear are arranged in a matched mode to achieve double insurance of safety performance on lifting of the lift car body.

    本发明涉及曳引电梯结构相关技术领域,公开了一种钢带传动的防坠落曳引电梯结构,本发明包括设于电梯井道内用于对轿厢本体进行驱动的曳引组件,所述曳引组件包括曳引机、第一定滑轮、第二定滑轮、第三定滑轮、电子安全钳、光栅尺。本发明通过曳引式和龙门架式轿厢以及悬吊点居中和钢带传动的结构设置,并且从轿厢本体上侧的居中点悬挂绳头,穿钢带过曳引机,穿过第一定滑轮再朝下穿过底坑的第二定滑轮和第三定滑轮固定在轿厢本体的轿底中间,其原理是靠摩擦力带动钢带使电梯在垂直的两列导轨内往复运行来达到使轿厢本体升降平稳的同时,其曳引结构占用面积更小的目的,同时再配上光栅尺、电子安全钳的设置对轿厢本体升降起到安全性能的双保险。
