The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction device and method and a prediction model construction method, and belongs to the technical field of traffic flow prediction. On the basis of a traditional time sequence prediction model, a traffic flow space-time diagram is constructed based on time sequence data of a traffic sensor, and graph structure information of the traffic flow space-time diagram is extracted by adopting a weighted-STSGCN algorithm to obtain space-time diagram characteristics; generating road network and trajectory pictures based on the road network and trajectory data, and extracting picture features by adopting ResNet to obtain visual features of the road network and the trajectory; and finally, fusing the space-time diagram features and the visual features through a dual-channel multi-modal fusion model based on MCB and Attention, and constructing a prediction model for realizing future traffic flow in combination with weather factors. By adopting the model constructed by the invention, the prediction precision of the traffic flow can be effectively realized.
本发明公开了一种交通流量预测装置、预测方法及预测模型构建方法,属于交通流量预测技术领域。本发明在传统时序预测模型的基础上,基于交通传感器的时序数据,构建交通流量时空图,并采用weighted‑STSGCN算法提取交通流量时空图的图结构信息得到时空图特征;基于路网和轨迹数据生成路网和轨迹图片,并采用ResNet提取图片特征以得到路网和轨迹的视觉特征;最后,通过基于MCB和Attention双通道多模态融合模型将时空图特征和视觉特征进行融合,并结合天气因素,从而构建得到实现未来交通流量的预测模型。采用本发明构建的模型,可以有效实现对交通流量的预测精度。
