The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft double-side-lever control design, and particularly relates to an aircraft double-side-lever control system and a method thereof.According to the aircraft double-side-lever control system, a main side lever and an auxiliary side lever are arranged at the main pilot position and the co-pilot position of an aircraft correspondingly; the main side rod and the auxiliary side rod are respectively provided with a longitudinal instruction sensor, a transverse instruction sensor and an authority switching and automatic driving disconnection button; based on whether the automatic driving of the airplane is switched on or not and whether the longitudinal instruction sensor and the transverse instruction sensor of the main side rod and the auxiliary side rod are in a normal state or not, the main side rod and the auxiliary side rod are switched off; through authority switching of a main side rod and an auxiliary side rod and an automatic driving disconnection button, the control modes of the double side rods of the airplane are switched among a double-side control mode, a main side locking control mode, a main side temporary control mode, an auxiliary side locking control mode and an auxiliary side temporary control mode, and automatic driving of the airplane can be controlled to be disconnected. And the aircraft can be greatly conveniently controlled by a main driver and an auxiliary driver.
