The invention relates to the field of anti-fouling devices of marine equipment, in particular to an amphibious adsorbable robot moving platform. Comprising a chassis and an underwater robot arranged on the chassis, the chassis comprises a chassis frame, a permanent magnet adsorption assembly and two walking execution mechanisms, and the permanent magnet adsorption assembly is arranged at the bottom of the chassis frame and used for providing adsorption force; the two walking executing mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the chassis frame correspondingly and used for walking on the adsorption surface. The underwater robot is used for realizing six-degree-of-freedom control in an underwater environment. Stable adsorption movement on the ground or the adsorption surface can be achieved, cleaning, painting and other work can be automatically completed in an amphibious mode under the offshore state of ocean equipment, manual operation is avoided, the operation process is simplified, efficiency is improved, and economic benefits are increased.
