The invention discloses a fixing and unfolding device for a large-size out-of-satellite antenna of a pico-nano satellite. The device comprises a satellite cabin plate, a supporting seat, an unfolding and limiting hinge, a hot knife rope and a connecting rod mechanism, the main supporting seat is fixed on a satellite cabin plate, the connecting rod mechanism is installed on the satellite cabin plate through the unfolding and limiting hinge, the connecting rod mechanism is locked on the supporting seat through the hot knife rope, and the hot knife rope is fused through an unlocking hot knife on the connecting rod mechanism to unlock the connecting rod mechanism. The device is simple in structure, convenient to disassemble and assemble, reliable in operation, low in development cost, short in development period, capable of adapting to high and low temperature environments, capable of being unfolded at multiple angles and capable of effectively reducing launching cost and improving on-orbit communication and ground data transmission efficiency.
