The invention discloses an automobile power battery management and control method and system considering carbon emission. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a charging service record and a power battery state of a target vehicle; according to the charging service record, determining corresponding charging equipment, charging time periods and charging amount when the target vehicle uses the charging service every time in a preset time period, and further obtaining the power distribution network carbon emission reduction amount of all charging equipment completing unit charging amount in different charging time periods; selecting a charging time period corresponding to the minimum carbon emission reduction amount of the power distribution network as an optimal charging time period of the equipment; and if the target vehicle passes through the charging equipment in the optimal equipment charging time period of the charging equipment and the state of the power battery shows that the remaining electric quantity is smaller than a first threshold value, a charging instruction is issued to the target vehicle. By adopting the invention, the charging time of the power battery when the main power supply mode of the power supply network is fire power supply is reduced, so that the carbon emission is reduced.

    本发明公开一种考虑碳排放的汽车动力电池管控方法及系统,所述方法包括获取目标车辆的充电服务记录和动力电池状态;根据所述充电服务记录,确认在预设时间段内所述目标车辆每次使用充电服务时对应的充电设备、充电时段和充电量,进而得到全部充电设备在不同充电时段下完成单位充电量的配电网碳排放折合量;选出配电网碳排放折合量最小时对应的充电时段作为设备最佳充电时段;若所述目标车辆在一个充电设备的设备最佳充电时段内经过所述充电设备,且动力电池状态显示剩余电量小于第一阈值,向所述目标车辆下达充电指令。采用本发明,减少动力电池在供电网主要供电方式为火力供电时进行充电的时间,以此减少碳排放。
