The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging application, and relates to a method for judging whether an electric vehicle battery can be normally fully charged. Comprising the following steps: firstly, determining the range of output voltage of the electric vehicle charger and the size of rated output current; then, after the output voltage of the electric vehicle charger reaches 1.188 times of the nominal voltage of the battery, charging current interval detection is carried out, and if the magnitude of the charging current is gradually reduced along with the increase of the detection times and the reduction amplitude is influenced by the time interval of each detection, the larger the time interval is, the larger the charging current is; the smaller the detected value of the charging current is, and the last detection shows that the battery is fully charged, the battery of the electric vehicle can be normally fully charged. According to the method, the normally fully charged electric vehicle battery and the abnormally charged electric vehicle battery are researched, so that a method for judging whether the electric vehicle battery can be normally fully charged or not is determined, the safety of the lead-acid battery is determined, and the purposes of reminding a user to replace the battery in time and reducing potential safety hazards are achieved.

    本发明属于电动车充电应用技术领域,涉及一种判断电动车电池能否正常充满的方法。包括以下步骤:首先确定电动车充电器的输出电压的范围以及额定输出电流的大小;然后待电动车充电器的输出电压达到电池标称电压的1.188倍后,进行充电电流间隔检测,若充电电流的大小随着检测次数的增加而逐渐减小且减小幅度受每次检测时间间隔的影响,时间间隔越大,检测出来的充电电流的数值越小且最后一次检测显示电池充满时,证明该电动车电池能够正常充满。本发明通过正常充满的电动车电池以及非正常充电的电动车电池进行研究,从而确定出判断电动车电池能否正常充满的方法,进而确定出铅酸电池的安全性,从而达到提醒使用者及时更换电池,降低安全隐患的目的。
