The invention discloses a structure and method for heating a hybrid power whole vehicle through engine exhaust, and relates to an engine, a catalyst assembly, an exhaust three-way valve, a heat exchanger, a warm air radiator, three electromagnetic valves, a power battery pack, a urea box, two temperature sensors, a rubber pipe, an electronic water pump, a wiring harness, a controller and a warm air switch. Engine exhaust is effectively utilized, the battery pack is heated and subjected to heat preservation in a cold environment in a heat exchange mode, urea is heated and unfrozen, and when a driver presses down a warm air switch, a passenger compartment is heated. The method does not influence a cooling system of an engine body, so that the temperature of the engine is increased quickly, and the heat efficiency of the engine is further improved. The high-temperature exhaust contains a large amount of heat, so that the temperature rise rate of the power battery pack is higher, the power battery pack is further quickly recovered to a normal state, and the power requirement of the whole vehicle is met.
本发明公开了一种用发动机排气对混合动力整车进行加热的结构及方法,涉及发动机、催化器总成、排气三通阀、热交换器、暖风散热器、三个电磁阀、动力电池包、尿素箱、两个温度传感器、胶管、电子水泵、线束、控制器和暖风开关,本发明有效利用发动机排气,通过热量交换的方式,在寒冷环境下对电池包进行加热和保温,对尿素进行加热解冻,当驾驶员按下暖风开关时给乘员舱供暖。这种方法不会影响发动机本体的冷却系统,因此发动机升温较快,进一步提供发动机热效率。高温排气含有很大的热量,可以使动力电池包温升速率更快,进一步使动力电池包快速恢复到正常状态,满足整车动力需求。
