The invention discloses a new energy transformer substation multi-mode fusion inspection system, which comprises a gate inspection robot for monitoring an area near a gate access control of a transformer substation and controlling the on-off state of the gate access control; the boundary inspection robot performs random inspection on the boundary security state and the fire-fighting equipment state in the transformer substation, and monitors whether foreign matters invade or not and whether the fire-fighting equipment state is abnormal or not; the equipment inspection robot is used for inspecting the peripheral surfaces of equipment in different areas in the transformer substation; the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for routing inspection of buses, lines and equipment top areas in the transformer substation; and the intelligent host issues an inspection task to each inspection robot and the inspection unmanned aerial vehicle, and performs multi-layer data fusion on the inspection data returned by each inspection robot and the inspection unmanned aerial vehicle to obtain the health state of the transformer substation. The transformer substation is inspected from multiple aspects, the real-time performance of the inspection process is greatly improved, and the accuracy of the inspection result is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种新能源变电站多模态融合的巡检系统,包括:大门巡检机器人,对变电站大门门禁附近区域进行监测,并控制大门门禁的启闭状态;边界巡检机器人,对变电站内边界安防状态和消防设备状态进行随机巡检,监测是否有异物入侵以及消防设备状态是否存在异常;设备巡检机器人,对变电站内不同区域的设备外周表面进行巡检;无人机,对变电站内的母线、线路以及设备顶部区域进行巡检;智能主机,下发巡检任务至各巡检机器人和巡检无人机,并对各巡检机器人和巡检无人机回传的巡检数据进行多层数据融合,得到变电站的健康状态。本发明从多方面对变电站进行巡检,极大提高了巡检过程的实时性,并保证巡检结果的准确性。
