The battery locking mechanism is used for locking a battery pack of the electric automobile, the battery locking mechanism comprises a shell, a first sliding block, a second sliding block and a first elastic piece, the shell is provided with an inner cavity, the first sliding block can move between a first position and a second position in the inner cavity, and the second sliding block can move between the first position and the second position in the inner cavity. The first elastic piece is connected to the shell and the first sliding block, the first elastic piece is used for driving the first sliding block to move to the first position, and the second sliding block is arranged in the inner cavity, can move under the action of external force and pushes the first sliding block to move to the second position from the first position. According to the battery locking mechanism, the first sliding block is kept at the preset first position through the first elastic piece so that the battery locking shaft can freely enter and exit from the battery locking mechanism, and the second sliding block drives the first sliding block to move so that the first sliding block can move to the preset second position so that the battery locking shaft can be limited by the limiting part on the first sliding block; and the battery pack is prevented from being separated from the battery locking mechanism, so that the battery pack is locked.

    本发明公开了一种电池锁止机构、车身支架及电动汽车,用于电动汽车电池包的锁止,电池锁止机构包括壳体、第一滑块、第二滑块和第一弹性件,壳体具有内腔,第一滑块在内腔中能在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,第一弹性件连接于壳体和第一滑块,第一弹性件用于驱动第一滑块移动至第一位置,第二滑块被设置在内腔中且能在外力作用下移动并推动第一滑块自第一位置移动至第二位置。本发明通过第一弹性件使第一滑块保持在预定的第一位置以使得电池锁轴可以自由进出电池锁止机构,通过第二滑块带动第一滑块移动使得第一滑块移动到预定的第二位置使得电池锁轴能够被第一滑块上的限位部限制,阻止其离开电池锁止机构从而实现对电池包的锁止。
