The invention discloses a hoisting platform suitable for posture adjustment of a large workpiece. The invention relates to the technical field of rope traction hoisting. An existing electric single-beam crane is high in ground clearance, when a workpiece is suspended, if different postures of the workpiece need to be adjusted, a rope needs to be pulled manually, and the automatic posture adjusting and controlling function is difficult to achieve. As such cranes do not meet the existing requirements, the invention provides a combined type novel hoisting platform. The supporting column and the cross beam play a supporting role in the hoisting process, the horizontal position of the device is more convenient to adjust by adjusting the movable guide rail, then the height of a workpiece can be adjusted by controlling the electric hoist below the rail trolley, and by controlling the bottom posture adjusting rotary table, the horizontal position of the workpiece can be adjusted. And the azimuth, pitching and rolling movement of the workpiece is realized. The automation degree of the workpiece motion control system is improved, manpower resources are saved, practicability is high, and the application prospect is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种适用于大型工件调姿的吊装平台。本发明涉及绳牵引吊装技术领域。现有的电动单梁起重机离地高度较高,对工件悬吊时,若要实现工件的不同姿态调整需要人力拉动绳索,难以实现姿态自动调整控制功能。由于此类起重机不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种组合式新型吊装平台。本发明通过支撑柱以及横梁在吊装的过程中起到支撑作用,通过调节可移动导轨使得该装置水平位置的调节更加方便,然后通过控制型轨小车下方的电动葫芦可对工件的高度进行调节,通过对底部调姿转台的控制,实现工件的方位、俯仰及横滚运动。本发明提高了工件运动控制系统的自动化程度,节省了人力资源,实用性强,具有应用前景。
