The invention discloses a suspension frame which comprises a suspension frame body, a cross beam, a permanent magnet, a supporting wheel module and a guide wheel module. The permanent magnet interacts with the coil installed on the track beam to provide suspension force and guide force, the suspension framework plays a role in bearing the vehicle body and supporting the permanent magnet when the vehicle body does not run, the cross beam is connected with the suspension framework to form a supporting platform of the measurement and control system, and meanwhile quadrilateral deformation of the suspension framework can be prevented through the arrangement of the cross beam. The supporting wheel module provides a supporting effect for the vehicle body in the non-suspension stage, and the guide wheel module is transversely supported on the supporting surfaces of the vertical beams at the two ends of the U-shaped track in the non-suspension stage of the vehicle body, so that the whole suspension frame is kept horizontal, side rolling is avoided, operation safety is ensured, and the auxiliary safety effect is achieved in the suspension stage. According to the suspension frame provided by the invention, the blank of the design of the suspension frame of the permanent magnet electric suspension system is filled up, and the exploration and research on the practical application of novel permanent magnet electric suspension are realized.

    本发明公开了一种悬浮架,包括悬浮架构架、横梁、永磁体、支撑轮模块和导向轮模块。永磁体与轨道梁上安装的线圈相互作用,提供悬浮力和导向力,悬浮架构架起到承载车体以及车体未运行状态下支撑永磁体的作用,横梁与悬浮架构架相连,构成测控系统的支撑平台,同时横梁的设置可以防止悬浮架构架发生四边形变形。支撑轮模块的设置为车体在未悬浮阶段提供支撑作用,导向轮模块在车体未悬浮阶段横向支承于“U”型轨道两端竖梁的支承面上,使悬浮架整体保持水平,避免发生侧滚,确保运行安全,在悬浮阶段起到辅助安全作用。本发明提供的悬浮架,填补了永磁电动悬浮系统悬浮架设计的空白,助力实现对新型永磁电动悬浮实际应用的探索和研究。
