The invention discloses a modular bionic space operation robot and a control system. The bionic space operation robot comprises a satellite orbit propeller, a laser radar, a satellite platform and a bionic space mechanical arm. The satellite orbit thruster comprises an electric thruster and a cold air thruster, and the electric thruster and the cold air thruster are used for providing operation power for the whole bionic space operation robot; the laser radar is arranged at the front end of the whole bionic space operation robot and is used for carrying out target identification and distance measurement and guiding the robot to approach and capture space debris; the satellite platform is arranged in the middle of the whole bionic space operation robot. The bionic space robot mainly solves the problem of space debris on an orbit, and space garbage in the near-to-air field of a space station or a satellite is cleared away.
