The invention relates to the technical field of equipment monitoring, in particular to a crane state monitoring method, device and equipment, a medium and a program product, and the method comprises the steps that an operation state monitoring signal of a to-be-monitored component is acquired, and the to-be-monitored component is a transmission component of a crane; performing segmentation processing on the operation state monitoring signal to obtain a plurality of monitoring signal units; respectively determining an abnormal coefficient of each monitoring signal unit, and determining an abnormal monitoring signal unit with abnormity according to the abnormal coefficient; and judging whether the running state of the to-be-monitored component is normal or not according to the abnormal monitoring signal unit. According to the method, the running state monitoring signal is divided into a plurality of monitoring signal units, the abnormal monitoring signal unit is found out according to the difference degree of the monitoring signal units, then the fault state of the transmission part is judged, the abnormal condition of the transmission part can be found in time, and active early warning can be rapidly carried out; and the efficiency and precision of state monitoring are improved.

    本发明涉及设备监测技术领域,具体是一种起重机状态监测方法、装置、设备、介质及程序产品,所述方法包括:获取待监测部件的运行状态监测信号,所述待监测部件为起重机的传动部件;对所述运行状态监测信号进行分割处理,得到多个监测信号单元;分别确定各个所述监测信号单元的异常系数,并根据所述异常系数确定存在异常的异常监测信号单元;根据所述异常监测信号单元判断所述待监测部件的运行状态是否正常。本发明的方法通过将运行状态监测信号分割为多个监测信号单元,根据各个监测信号单元的差异程度查找出异常的监测信号单元,进而判断传动部件的故障状态,能够及时发现传动部件的异常情况以快速进行主动预警,提升状态监测的效率以及精度。
