    本发明公开了一种充电电缆绝缘液体冷却方法及组件,属于充电电缆技术领域,具体包括:依次均匀改变充电电缆所处环境的环境温度,在任一环境温度下进行降温,使充电电缆的内部温度降至适宜温度;在任一环境温度下,将冷却系统功率由0开始逐步提升,生成内部温度随时间变化曲线,当变化曲线波动小于预设阈值,且内部温度处于适宜温度内时,将此时的冷却系统功率标记为优选功率;依次获取不同环境温度下对应测得的优选功率,对优选功率随环境温度的变化关系进行拟合;获取充电电缆的当前实际环境温度,将实际环境温度代入拟合函数中输出对应的优选功率;本发明提供了一种精准高效的充电电缆冷却方法。
