The invention discloses a hoisting device and a hoisting method for adjusting the aerial posture of an eccentric component. The hoisting device comprises a hoisting cross beam and an adjusting cross beam which are arranged in a cross shape; first lifting hooks are symmetrically arranged at the top of the lifting cross beam, and second lifting hooks are symmetrically arranged at the bottom; a third lifting hook is arranged at one end of the adjusting cross beam, a hollow cavity is formed in the other end of the adjusting cross beam, and a first verticality adjusting mechanism and a second verticality adjusting mechanism are arranged in the cavity; the first perpendicularity adjusting mechanism and the second perpendicularity adjusting mechanism each comprise a driving motor, a transmission mechanism and a balancing weight, and the driving motors enable the balancing weights to move in the length direction of the adjusting cross beam through the transmission mechanisms. According to the hoisting device, the balancing weight is controlled to move through the first verticality adjusting mechanism and the second verticality adjusting mechanism to adjust the included angle between the adjusting cross beam and the horizontal plane, so that the verticality adjusting lifting hook ascends or descends, the verticality of the eccentric component is adjusted, rough adjustment is performed through the first verticality adjusting mechanism, fine adjustment is performed through the second verticality adjusting mechanism, and the verticality of the eccentric component is adjusted. And the perpendicularity of the eccentric component is accurately and quickly adjusted.

    本发明公开了一种偏心构件空中姿态调节吊装装置及吊装方法,吊装装置包括呈十字形设置的吊装横梁和调节横梁;所述吊装横梁顶部对称设置有第一吊钩,底部对称设置有第二吊钩;所述调节横梁一端设置有第三吊钩,另一端设置有空心腔室,腔室内设置有第一调垂机构和第二调垂机构;所述第一调垂机构和第二调垂机构均包括驱动电机、传动机构和配重块,所述驱动电机通过传动机构使配重块沿调节横梁长度方向移动。该吊装装置通过第一调垂机构、第二调垂机构控制配重块移动调整调节横梁与水平面之间夹角,使调垂吊钩升高或降低,调整偏心构件的垂直度,而且通过第一调垂机构进行粗调,通过第二调垂机构进行精调,实现偏心构件垂直度精确快速调整。
