The invention discloses a steel rail defect detection method based on phased array ultrasound, which comprises the following steps: a probe for detecting a steel rail is a phased array ultrasonic probe with 128 array elements, the phased array ultrasonic probe is mounted on a mechanical arm capable of longitudinally moving along the steel rail, the array elements of the phased array ultrasonic probe are divided into five groups, the first group comprises the array elements 1-50, and the second group comprises the array elements 2-3; the first group comprises array elements 51-60 and is used for scanning the damage near a right upper side slip angle of a rail head, the second group comprises array elements 51-60 and is used for scanning the damage near a right rail jaw of a steel rail, the third group comprises array elements 61-68 and is used for scanning the damage near the middle of the rail head, a rail waist and the middle of a rail bottom, the fourth group comprises array elements 69-78 and is used for scanning the damage near a left rail jaw of the steel rail, and the fifth group comprises array elements 79-128 and is used for scanning the damage near a right upper side slip angle of the rail head. The method is used for scanning the damage at the upper left slip angle of the railhead, and the in-rail waveform is transverse wave. According to the invention, the phased array probe is used for simultaneously exciting a plurality of wave beams to detect the damage of several key areas in the steel rail, so that high-precision and high-efficiency steel rail nondestructive detection can be realized.
本发明公开了一种基于相控阵超声的钢轨缺陷检测方法,该方法包括:用于检测钢轨的探头为一个128阵元的相控阵超声探头,安装在可沿钢轨纵向运动的机械臂上,将相控阵超声探头的阵元分为五组,第一组包括1—50号阵元,用于扫查轨头右上侧偏角处的伤损,第二组包括51—60号阵元,用于扫查钢轨右轨颚附近的伤损,第三组包括61—68号阵元,用于扫查轨头中部、轨腰及轨底中部位置的伤损,第四组包括69—78号阵元,用于扫查钢轨左轨颚附近的伤损,第五组包括79—128号阵元,用于扫查轨头左上侧偏角处的伤损,轨内波形为横波。本发明通过相控阵探头同时激发的多个波束对钢轨内几个关键区域的伤损进行检测,能够实现高精度且高效率的钢轨无损检测。
