The invention discloses a vehicle environment sensing method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicle engineering.The method comprises the steps that environment images around a target vehicle are obtained, and the environment images are spliced to obtain a panoramic looking-around image; performing obstacle detection on each environment image, determining position information of obstacles in each environment image, and determining blind area collision early warning information of the target vehicle based on the position information of each obstacle; performing lane line detection on the panoramic all-around image, determining position information of a lane line in the panoramic all-around image, and determining lane departure early warning information of the target vehicle based on the position information of the lane line; and displaying blind area collision early warning information and lane departure early warning information in the panoramic all-round view image. According to the method and the device provided by the invention, a driver can timely, accurately and comprehensively sense the surrounding environment of the vehicle, the prompting effect of vehicle driving safety is improved, and the safety of vehicle driving is improved.
