The invention provides a composite solid-state electrolyte membrane and a preparation method and application thereof, the composite solid-state electrolyte membrane comprises a halide solid-state electrolyte layer and a sulfide solid-state electrolyte layer, and halide solid-state electrolyte in the halide solid-state electrolyte layer is prepared by adopting a freeze-drying method. By selecting a freeze-drying technology, the prepared halide solid electrolyte is smaller in particle size and more uniform in particle size distribution, so that the interface contact gap of the halide solid electrolyte layer is effectively reduced, and the interface performance of the halide solid electrolyte layer is improved; and the sulfide solid electrolyte layer has excellent mechanical properties and high ionic conductivity, so that the solid-state battery comprising the composite solid electrolyte membrane has ultra-long cycle life and excellent rate capability.
本发明提供一种复合固态电解质膜及其制备方法和应用,所述复合固态电解质膜包括卤化物固态电解质层和硫化物固态电解质层,所述卤化物固态电解质层中的卤化物固态电解质采用冷冻干燥法制备得到,通过选择冷冻干燥技术可使制备得到的卤化物固态电解质的粒径更小且粒径分布更加均匀,从而有效地减小了卤化物固态电解质层的界面接触间隙,提高了其界面性能,搭配硫化物固态电解质层所具有的优异的机械性能和高离子导电率,可使包含所述复合固态电解质膜的固态电池具有超长的循环寿命和优异的倍率性能。
