The invention relates to the technical field of tire strain measurement, and discloses an array type intelligent tire strain measurement system based on a paper folding structure, and the system comprises a stretching circuit based on the paper folding structure, the stretching circuit is arranged in an arch shape, and the upper end of the stretching circuit is provided with a hard electronic component. Two supporting points at the lower end of the stretching circuit are connected with the inner surface of the tire; a zigzag circuit is arranged at the joint of the upper end plane of the stretching circuit and the lower end of the stretching circuit; the array strain measurement module comprises a strain measurement unit, a flexible circuit and a plurality of strain sensing units; the system comprises a temperature and pressure monitoring module, a data processing module, a wireless transmission module, a power management module and a wireless charging module. Therefore, according to the array type intelligent tire strain measurement system based on the paper folding structure, related modules arranged in the tire are erected, the problem that a hard circuit cannot be subjected to tensile deformation is solved, and the measurement precision is improved through the array type strain measurement module.

    本发明涉及轮胎应变测量技术领域,且公开了一种基于折纸结构的阵列式智能轮胎应变测量系统,包括基于折纸结构的拉伸电路,拉伸电路设置为拱形,拉伸电路的上端设置有硬质电子元器件,拉伸电路下端的两个支撑点与轮胎内表面连接,拉伸电路上端平面与拉伸电路下端连接处设置有之字形电路;阵列式应变测量模块包括应变测量单元、柔性电路、若干应变敏感单元;温压监测模块、数据处理模块、无线传输模块、电源管理模块、无线充电模块。因此,本发明采用上述基于折纸结构的阵列式智能轮胎应变测量系统,通过将布置在轮胎内部的有关模块架起,解决了硬质电路无法经受拉伸变形的问题,通过阵列式应变测量模块提升了测量精度。
