The oil pressure fine adjustment mechanism comprises a structure base and a mechanism upper cover, one end of the structure base is fixedly connected with an oil inlet pipe opening, the other end of the structure base is fixedly connected with an oil outlet pipe opening, the other end of the structure base is in threaded connection with a lower adjusting screw rod, and one end of the mechanism upper cover is in threaded connection with an upper adjusting screw rod; according to the device, a flat-end screwdriver is used for being embedded into a lower adjusting groove and an upper adjusting groove correspondingly, the double-adjusting function can be achieved by rotating a lower adjusting screw rod and an upper adjusting screw rod, and the lower adjusting screw rod drives a lower adjusting base plate, a lower adjusting spring and a conical adjusting piston to move front and back; meanwhile, an upper adjusting base plate, an upper adjusting spring and an adjusting pushing plate are extruded through an adjusting ejector rod, so that a gap between a conical adjusting piston and a conical oil bin is adjusted, oil pressure adjustment is achieved, threads of a lower adjusting screw rod are thinner and denser than threads of an upper adjusting screw rod, and rapid adjustment can be conducted within a large range when the upper adjusting screw rod is used for adjustment; and fine adjustment can be carried out in a small range when the lower adjusting screw rod is used for adjusting.
